ADMINISTRATIVE ASST. PART-TIME POSITION
Sacred Art of Living Center (SALC), a not-for-profit education organization, is hiring an Administrative Assistant to provide general support for its home office and management team.
This Position requires a commitment of twenty-five hours/weekly (MO-TH) at our Bend-based office.
Responsibilities include:
- Primary contact for incoming phone calls
- Responding to email inquiries from SALC local and international clients
- Interface with the public for program registrations and communications
- Managing/expanding SALC social media promotions on Facebook, YouTube, and others
- Other administrative/clerical responsibilities as required
Required Personal Skills:
- Supportive of SALC mission and programming
- Personable, well-organized, service-oriented presence
- Competent host for online programming
- Willing team player attending weekly staff meetings
- Basic editing skills including good grammar and critical thinking
Technical Skills:
- Familiar with basic computer programming platforms (Word, Publisher, XL, etc.)
- Experience with Zoom based communications
- Strong organizational skills
- Work with a database including donations and donor communications
- Direct communications for SALC program participants
Position to begin January 2020
Hourly compensation based on experience
